Hi everyone. I'm learning how to blog so bear with me as I edit and refine my page. This is our trip to Peru. Follow the Gordillos for the next 6 weeks and I'll show you how we live and what we see in Lima, Peru.

Another modern version of steak and potatoes. Prepared with rosemary and parmesean cheese. YUM.
A typical dish
Peruvian causa a kind of cold potato salad usually served with some type of chicken or seafood. Here it is served in a very modern fashion.

So many paragliders take off from this spot. Sometimes there are a dozen in the air at the same time. I don't know how they don't crash into each other.
